Are you an experienced retail manager looking for your next opportunity in a purpose-driven organisation?

We’re working exclusively with a well-established, community-focused enterprise to find a driven and organised Retail Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on day-to-day operations for a thriving retail showroom with a focus on furniture sales, sustainability, and social impact.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail management—ideally within the charity or furniture sector—and a genuine passion for making a difference. You'll oversee a dynamic team, manage stock and contract work, and ensure smooth operations across warehouse, showroom, and delivery services.

Key skills and experience:
