We're recruiting a Store Supervisor for a well-established fashion retail brand based in Cheshire Oaks. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong people skills and a love for customer service to take the next step in their retail management career.

You'll support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in driving store performance, leading a small team, and creating a great atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.

Supervisor - Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily retail operations alongside management
• Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver great service
• Motivate and guide your team to hit sales targets
• Maintain high store standards including visual merchandising
• Assist with rotas, recruitment, and training of new team members
• Take responsibility for health & safety, stock management, and admin
• Help monitor KPIs and support the management team with P&L Responsibility

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Sales Assistant
• A natural team motivator with a passion for retail
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Someone who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment
• Confidence with handling stock, shop floor layout and store systems
