What You'll Be Doing:
Lead from the front as the store's Garden Centre Manager, inspiring and coaching a high-performing management team
Set and maintain exceptional service standards across all departments
Take full ownership of store performance, hitting KPIs and exceeding sales targets
Make smart, commercial decisions that drive business growth
Champion a customer-first culture and deliver a truly memorable shopping experience
Ensure the store is visually stunning, operationally strong, and always ready to impress
Support team development with structured succession planning and coaching
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Garden Centre Manager or similar retail leadership role
A background in garden centres, horticulture, or big-box retail is highly desirable
Strong commercial and operational skills in a fast-paced, multi-format retail setting
A hands-on leader who is passionate, energetic, and customer-obsessed
Someone who thrives in a busy, large-format environment and can inspire those around them
