As their new Demand & Supply Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, supporting a robust supply chain and helping drive continued growth.

• Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts based on sales data and market insight
• Collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to anticipate needs based on promotions and launches
• Supporting the Sales & Operations Planning cycle with reporting and performance insights
• Placing and managing purchase orders with suppliers
• Monitoring lead times, stock cover, and supplier performance
• Liaising with logistics and warehouse teams to track deliveries and resolve issues
• Reviewing invoices and working with Finance to process payments accurately
• Reporting on procurement costs, stock levels, and supply chain KPIs
• Identifying and driving process improvements within forecasting and procurement

• Previous experience in demand planning, procurement, or supply chain coordination
• Experience working in a fast-paced or e-commerce environment is a plus
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Familiarity with ERP or planning systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organised with a collaborative approach
