We're on the hunt for an experienced Area Manager to help drive this launch and build a strong foundation for long-term success. As one of the brand's first hires in Ireland, you'll play a pivotal role in store openings, team building, training, and strategy - with full support from the head office.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Be a role model for the brand's culture and values
- Drive sales performance and implement best practices across your region
- Coach and support store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of store managers
- Work closely with leadership to ensure a smooth market launch
