As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager, delivering results, leading your team, and contributing to the overall success of the store. • Assist with scheduling, P&L responsibility, and driving profitability

• Foster a supportive team culture built on coaching and trust

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience

• Strong background in team management, leadership, and staff development

• Commercially focused with experience in sales leadership and KPI achievement

• Great communicator with a hands-on, energetic approach

• A passion for fashion retail, visual merchandising, and creating memorable customer experiences

• Experience in recruitment & training and supporting wider business goals

• A proactive mindset and confidence in taking on P&L responsibility when required
