What You'll Do:

  • Assist in leading the team - Support and mentor colleagues, ensuring expert plant advice and top-tier customer service.
  • Manage stock and displays - Maintain optimal stock levels, create eye-catching displays, and refresh the offering seasonally.
  • Ensure plant quality - Oversee the care and maintenance of annuals, perennials, bedding plants, and indoor varieties.
  • Engage with customers - Provide knowledgeable advice on plant care, seasonal trends, and garden planning.


What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of seasonal plants, including annuals, perennials, and bedding plants.
  • Retail experience, ideally in a garden centre or similar environment.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to daily operations and merchandising.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
