About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the retail management team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. You will be responsible for sales leadership, team management, and delivering customer service excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be actively involved in visual merchandising, stock control, and recruitment & training.
Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve store goals.
Drive sales leadership and maximise store performance.
Deliver outstanding customer service excellence in every interaction.
Ensure effective visual merchandising and maintain store presentation.
Oversee P&L responsibility and manage key financial targets.
Support recruitment & training to build a strong and capable team.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor in a retail environment.
A hands-on leader with strong team management skills.
Passionate about delivering customer service excellence.
A proactive and organised individual with a drive for success.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and varying shifts.
