Job Description:
- Role: As a Sales Order Processor, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Responsibilities:
- Receive and review customer orders.
- Enter order details into the company's system.
- Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.
- Travel from time to time to meet with clients and suppliers.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in order processing or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using order management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in German is imperative.
