The Person

Ever been in your store and thought, if you let me, I could make this place so much better? Ever looked at the merchandise plan and said to yourself, that’s going to struggle here? Ever hoped that you could have full control over the layout and product mix of your site, making it look better for the customers you know so well? If you have, this could be the position for you.

The Role

Well, first off, its your site so you run it. You’ll have access to and direct communication with the buying department and be able to use the sales data you have to offer your input into range selection. You merchandise your store and you shape the service and standards through your team. You’ll have support of course and plenty of training but none of that will get in the way. This is a job that puts a lot of decisions with you, so it's important you can read and understand commercial information and that you can communicate it effectively to your team.
