The Role:

Are you an experienced Logistics Coordinator fluent in German and English? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer service and supply chain operations go hand in hand? The Role:
- Coordinating deliveries from warehouses via road, ferry, and courier.
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers, carriers, and warehouses.
- Managing order processing, invoicing, and preparing shipping documents.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and non-conformance issues.
- Assisting with monthly stock reconciliations and supporting the finance team.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in logistics coordination and key account management.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Salary £35,000 - £40,000
