Job Title: Production Picker (cold environment).
Location: Newport, Telford - TF10

Salary: £12.37 per hour

Shifts: 6am - 6pm - 4on 4off.

Key Responsibilities -

Ensure all goods are picked correctly according to the order displayed on the hand-held scanner.
Able to work in a cold environment throughout the shift.
Ensure all goods quantities are correct according to the order displayed on the computer system and that all items match the delivery note.
Ensure all goods are packed correctly, ensuring safe transit to the customer to the correct address according to the computer system.
Ensure that all goods loaded or unloaded with external carriers, match the relevant paperwork/delivery notes.
Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures.
Follow workplace health and safety rules at all times.
Ensure efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules, and schedules.
Assist with warehouse inventory controls, using a hand-held scanner.
Treat stock with care at all times.
Ad-hoc warehouse duties could include cardboard shredding, box building, pallet wrapping, picking stock, packing stock, stock put away, stock audits.
