Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- High volume cold calling prospective clients.
- Deliver superior customer service experiences to maintain high customer retention
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
- Collaborate with team members to achieve quotas
- Regularly report on sales performance against targets
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and industry trends
Profile
A successful Sales Executive should have:
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- A result-driven approach and commitment to meet sales goals
Job Offer
