What You'll Be Doing
Driving Growth & Profitability - Manage sales, control costs, and maximise margins to exceed branch targets.
Building & Leading a Strong Team - Recruit, train, and inspire your team to deliver great customer service and business success.
Developing Customer & Supplier Relationships - Strengthen existing partnerships and establish new connections to drive long-term growth.
Ensuring Operational Excellence - Oversee stock control, safety procedures, and branch efficiency to maintain a smooth-running operation.
Delivering Outstanding Customer Service - Lead by example, ensuring the branch provides exceptional service to every customer.
What You'll Need
Branch Manager experience - Product knowledge and market expertise are a distinct advantage.
Strong leadership skills - Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
Commercial acumen - Proven track record of hitting sales and margin targets.
Excellent communication - Confident in building relationships with staff, suppliers, and customers.
Analytical mindset - Comfortable with financial reporting, IT systems, and performance tracking.
Customer-focused approach - Dedicated to delivering outstanding service and satisfaction.
