Portfolio Procurement are recruiting a Buyer/Category Manager for a leading food supplier in London.
You be required to play an integral part within their category division in supplying fish to luxury food brands.
This is a full-time role where you will be required to work on site 5 days a week;
- MONDAY - FRIDAY (4am - 12pm)
Responsibilities:
- Product Management
- Strategic Category Management
- Quality Assurance
- Working closely with stakeholders at all levels
- Inventory Management
Experience:
- 5 years Procurement/Category/Buying experience in Seafood or Fish
- Must be CIPS qualified
- Solid knowledge of fish products
- Experience in overseeing teams
