c£40,000 to £75,000 plus bonus and car allowance, depending on candidate's experience

Role Purpose:
You will be responsible for procurement activities across tea, sourcing from multiple origins, managing the supply chain across the globe, forecasting market trends and negotiating contracts. We seek excellent procurement professionals to drive strategic initiatives and take pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Strategy development, supplier management and negotiation planning
- New Product Development: Develop your palate, explore new opportunities and embed sustainability
- Supplier Relationship Management: Developing long-term relationships with suppliers, logistics, and advising solutions for continuous supply
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a tea-buying role
* Strong procurement experience working with UK and International supplier bases
