Demand Planner

North London – Hybrid

Up to £35,000 ( depending on experience )

The Company

One of the largest growing beauty businesses in the UK, Independently owned and shipping globally to 20 countries operating in the DTC and B2B space. This is a management team that truly cares for its employees, currently upgrading their systems and processes, your input will be a vital part of their growth plans.   With three offices in the UK and 2 additional warehouse operation facilities, this business manufactures its own products in-house.

  • 2 days’ work from home (Tuesday and Thursdays)

What will you do as a demand planner?

  • Develop and update forecast by SKUs using historical sales data and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure forecasts aligns with future objectives
  • Prepare reports for the management team providing information on stock planning
  • Work with the supply chain team to monitor inventory levels and identify risks
  • Utilising ERP systems and excel to manipulate data in order provide accurate forecasts

What will you need as a demand planner?

  • Previous experience within a planning or supply chain role in FMCG
  • Must have knowledge of forecasting at SKU level ideally within an SME brand
  • Strong excel and analytical skills, ideally have experience using an ERP system
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
