Key Responsibilities for the Store Manager:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, from managing inventory to leading your team to achieve sales targets
• Drive retail sales and enhance the store's profitability by developing effective strategies
• Manage staffing levels, ensuring the right mix of talent is in place and that the team is motivated
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and coaching your team
• Regularly assess store performance and prepare reports for senior management
• Foster a positive store environment, ensuring the store is well-maintained and customer-friendly
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all operational areas

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a senior retail management role
• Demonstrable ability to drive retail sales and performance in a fast-paced environment
