Are you looking to grow your marketing skills while being part of a supportive and energetic team? This could be the perfect opportunity for you! We're seeking a Marketing Assistant/Executive to join our clients Marketing Team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

You'll gain hands-on experience across key areas of marketing, including communications, social media, and website management, working on a variety of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities in the Position of Marketing Assistant:

• Presentations and Materials: Preparing customer presentations, quarterly reviews, and updating marketing materials across departments.
• Website Management: Adding and updating content and products on company websites.
• Social Media: Creating and sharing engaging content across social media platforms.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks such as printing and binding documents, liaising with printers for marketing materials, and supporting directors as needed.
• Internal Communications: Keeping internal display screens up to date with fresh content and updates.
• Event Support: Assisting the Marketing Manager with event planning and supplier coordination.
• Meeting Coordination: Ensuring relevant departments are informed of actions arising from meetings.
• Photoshoots and Content Creation: Supporting photo and video shoots as needed.
• Employee Engagement: Managing databases and arranging gifts to support employee retention initiatives.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and ready to get stuck in. The ideal candidate will have:

• Essential Skills:
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Familiarity with Maglr software.
• A strong ability to work independently whilst also being a great team player.
