Salary: £37,000 - £40,000
Shift Pattern: Sunday - Wednesday / Sunday - Tuesday (19:00 - 07:00 OR 12:00 - 00:00)

About the Role
As a key member of the transport team, the Transport Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day running of our logistics operation, ensuring efficient and compliant delivery of goods across the network. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing transport schedules to ensure timely deliveries, adapting to operational challenges as they arise.
- Supervising a team of drivers and transport operatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve performance targets.
- Ensuring full compliance with all transport legislation, including tachograph regulations and driver hours.
- Conducting regular performance reviews, training sessions, and briefings to promote development and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment across operations.
- Monitoring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
