Job Description: Temporary Events Administrator
Location: Bond Street, London
Employment Type: Full-Time, 9am–6pm Monday–Friday (occasional weekends)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Duration: 1 Year (potential to become permanent)
We are seeking a Temporary Events Administrator to support our team while our Events Manager is on maternity leave. You will assist in planning and delivering events, ranging from small in-store gatherings to larger occasions like the Chelsea Flower Show.
Responsibilities:
- Organise in-store events, dinners, and lunches.
- Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs.
- Liaise with suppliers.
- Assist with PR and large-scale events.
- Provide on-site event support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event coordination.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Flexible for occasional weekend or evening events.
- Team player with attention to detail.
Start Date: This role begins in one month, with the potential to become permanent based on performance.
