This position requires a Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing processes within a well-established manufacturing company. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality production, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products.

Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing unit.
  • Develop and implement effective production strategies and schedules.
  • Drive cost-effective measures to improve operations and boost productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to align processes.
  • Train and mentor team members to foster skills development.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage team productivity.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of raw materials.

Profile

A successful Production Manager should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role ideally gained within assembly type environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with manufacturing management software.
