What You’ll Do:
1. E-Commerce Operations Reporting

  • Develop a deep understanding of eCommerce flows and associated performance measures.
  • Build and maintain reports that monitor key KPIs like delivery times, order accuracy, and customer experience.
  • Analyse supply chain and distribution operations to optimise efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

2. Cost Control and Optimisation

  • Take ownership of budget planning and Purchase Order (PO) management.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate costs and uncover opportunities for savings.
  • Lead cost-control initiatives and provide regular financial reporting.

3. Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP)

  • Oversee forecasting activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to align on financial and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and enhance inventory and financial systems.
  • Present insights and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to inform decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in finance, distribution, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for interpreting complex data sets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and distribution processes, including freight, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in financial modeling and cost analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards for logistics and distribution.
