Zachary Daniels are recruiting for an Assistant Manager for a leading fashion retail brand in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail professional to join a vibrant team and support the Store Manager in driving sales, leading a team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and develop your team to achieve retail excellence.
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive store sales performance, meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a fantastic shopping experience for all customers.
- Visual Merchandising: Implement displays that attract customers and boost sales.
- Store Operations: Support the Store Manager in running the day-to-day retail operations.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in retail, ideally as a Supervisor, Floor Manager, or Assistant Manager.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and team development abilities.
- A background in fashion or accessories is a plus.
