Position: Retail Assistant

Duration: Long term

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our client's team for a short-term cover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the shop management team in daily operations.
• Drive and exceed sales targets.
• Supervise volunteers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to represent our client on the high street.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
• Flexibility to work weekends and additional hours as needed.
• Manual handling and computer skills.
• Ability to manage difficult or challenging customers.
• Willingness to work in cramped conditions occasionally.

Note: This is a long term position with a varied working pattern, including regular weekend shifts.
