Client Advisor | Luxury Homeware | Up to £37,000 + Bonus
We are keen to speak with individuals with a true passion for luxury retail and previous experience working within interiors or homeware, to join our client as a full time Client Advisor in their Sloane Street boutique.
As a luxury Client Advisor you will be delivering exceptional customer service, alongside building relationships with existing clients you would be developing your own clientele and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities of our Client Advisor will include:
- Inspiring clients and expressing passion for the brand through storytelling.
- Provide a luxury service experience for each client
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and expertise in this product category
- Build long lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Drive CRM and build your own client book
- Focus on retention of clients
Our Client Advisor profile / experience:
- Previous experience in clientelling within luxury Homeware or Interiors is essential
- Demonstrate ability to build rapport with clients
- Good Communication and organisational skills
In return offering a competitive salary up to £37,000, plus a generous commission, lunch allowance and so much more.
