Shop Manager

Ashers Bakery are currently looking for a Shop Manager for our Aviemore Branch.

The vacancy is for 40 hours based on a 5-day week, 06:30am-3:30pm, however they may be required to work extra hours should the need arise.

With core skills in management, team supervision, and retail operations, you will oversee staff, manage inventory, and optimize merchandising strategies. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential in motivating your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Shop Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, including overseeing staff, manage rota's and hours for the shop and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Utilize leadership skills to motivate and guide team members in achieving sales targets.
• Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service to meet their needs.
• Utilize time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operation.
• Uphold retail standards and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
