Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for procurement excellence? We're seeking a Procurement Manager to drive value, innovation, and operational quality across our £100m supply chain. This role is perfect for an experienced professional ready to lead strategic sourcing, optimise supplier relationships, and champion sustainability in a fast-paced environment.

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement category management strategies, negotiate contracts, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value.
• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, manage SRM processes, and benchmark supplier performance.
• Cost and Risk Management: Drive cost reduction initiatives, mitigate supply chain risks, and deliver improved supplier terms.
• Innovation and Compliance: Collaborate with NPD and marketing on new product launches, and ensure all goods meet regulatory and sustainability standards.

• Experience: 5+ years in FMCG or similar fast-paced, regulated environments. Strong track record in cost savings and strategic sourcing.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, collaboration, and project management abilities. CIPS qualification is a plus.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in procurement levers such as e-auctions, tendering, and category management.
