Customer Service & Retail Sales Advisor
Location: London (King's Road and John Lewis stores)
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time (5 days, 40 hours per week) or part-time (4 days, 32 hours per week)
About the Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our retail team. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll provide exceptional service in a premium retail environment, engaging with customers in-store and assisting with sales and operations. This role combines customer service expertise with a love for sustainable fashion and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in-store, by phone, and via email.
• Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Handle sales, stock availability, and returns processes confidently.
• Support opening and closing duties when needed.
• Provide knowledgeable product and styling advice.
• Assist with store operations at partner locations as required.

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium retail environment.
• Warm, enthusiastic, and people-oriented personality.
• Passion for sustainable fashion.
• Highly organised with excellent follow-up and communication skills.
• Calm, empathetic, and confident under pressure.
