Hexagon Group are delighted to be seeking a Retail Manager to work on one of London's most iconic destinations. This role is key to driving success, fostering strong relationships with retail and F&B operators, and ensuring world-class service delivery.

You will report directly to the Senior Retail Manager and act as a vital link between the estate management team and retailers. Your focus will be on strengthening retailer relationships, analysing performance data, and driving operational excellence. This includes designing and managing engagement plans and overseeing brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with retailers and F&B operators to enhance their performance and drive sales.
• Develop and implement strategic communications plans, including newsletters and retailer updates.
• Monitor retailer performance through KPIs, data analysis, and on-site evaluations.
• Work with service partners to promote sustainability and environmental practices.
• Assist in organizing events, training sessions, and marketing initiatives to engage retailers.
• Produce and present detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support security, compliance, and health & safety initiatives across the estate.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in Retail, Leisure, or F&B at a strategic level.
• Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to design data-driven reports and analyse trends to inform decision-making.
• Prior experience working in retail or F&B environments.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
