Overview of the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee a portion of the retail operations at a prominent retail and leisure destination in London. Reporting to the Senior Retail Manager, this role focuses on building strong retailer relationships with onsite tenants, driving performance, and ensuring a world-class experience for both brand partners and customers.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Managing retailer relationships, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
• Monitoring retailer performance and providing detailed KPI and trend analysis.
• Organising and delivering retailer communications, including newsletters and updates.
• Supporting marketing initiatives and retailer participation in events and promotions.
