This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxury ladieswear brand as boutique Supervisor in their Chelsea location. Our client known for their contemporary designs and timeless sophistication, are now seeking a driven and passionate Supervisor who can support the rest of the management team in driving the team to achieve results.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and hands on retail supervisor, with previous experience as a supervisor, working in a customer focused luxury sales environment, with a natural interest in fashion and trends.
As Supervisor responsibilities will include:
- Supervising store and team in absence of store management.
- Train and develop team on product and store induction.
- Ensure store standards are kept high and VM in line with company guidelines.
- Be a brand ambassador and store mentor
- Supporting with motivating the team to drive sales
- Drive CRM with the team
The Supervisor salary being offered is be up to £35,000 depending on your experience, plus a great commission structure and benefits.
