•    Operational Processes: Assisting with inventory and stock, audits & banking processes
•    Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of outdoor enthusiasts
•    Premium Customer Service: Ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience
•    Sales Strategies: Implement and drive sales initiatives.
