The role of an Estimator:

• Provide an outstanding 1-2-1 service to customers
• Engage with customers from the initial enquiry through to the delivery of the product
• Drawing up detailed plans and identifying any potential issues with subflooring etc.
• Support with raising sales quotes, invoices and ordering
• Provide guidance and advice on the latest products and designs
• Offer a consultative service to customers
• Provide any technical information as required
• Visit customers in their home for consultations and measurements
• Achieve sales and service targets
