• Trade Like a Champ: Keep the department running smoothly to maximize profit and minimize markdowns.
• WSSI Wizardry: Maintain and update our WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock, and Intake) while forecasting like a retail psychic.
• Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Spot challenges and opportunities and flag them to the Merchandiser.
• Markdown Mastermind: Plan and price promotional activities while keeping an eagle eye on margins.
• Trend Tracker: Analyze product performance to guide decisions for the current season and beyond.
• Strategic Sidekick: Help shape the department’s strategy with top-notch historical insights.
• Team Builder: Supervise allocations and help develop our Allocator into the next merchandising superstar.
• Collaborative Partner: Work with Retail Ops, Visual Merchandising, and other departments to create seamless shopping experiences.
