Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Replenishment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels in the store, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and organized to meet customer demand. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to a smooth shopping experience and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Replenishment: Regularly monitor inventory levels and replenish shelves, racks, and displays to ensure product availability.

• Inventory Management: Assist with tracking stock levels and report low inventory or discrepancies to management.

• Product Organization: Ensure products are arranged according to company standards, including proper labeling, pricing, and facing.

• Stock Rotation: Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures to ensure that older stock is sold first and products are not past their expiry dates (if applicable).

• Order Fulfillment: Assist in preparing and receiving shipments, unpacking new stock, and placing it in designated storage areas.

• Store Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor to promote a safe shopping environment.

• Customer Assistance: Provide support to customers by helping them find products or providing product knowledge when needed.

• Collaboration: Work closely with store managers, inventory teams, and other associates to ensure stock levels align with customer demand and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or stock replenishment experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift and move products (may require physical labor).

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Basic understanding of inventory management and stock rotation.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
