They are looking to expand their team in Brighton and are seeking a Regional Business Manager to join them on a full time basis. You will be responsible for managing relationships with Head Franchisees to drive growth, ensure compliance, and maximise profit through strategic initiatives.

The Requirements:
- Essential retail operations experience, preferably in multi-store settings
- Strong understanding of store operations and profit and loss (P&L) management
- Desirable multi-channel experience
- Experience managing franchisees, markets, or regions, focusing on consistency in execution, sales growth, and performance management (desirable)
- Experience working in an international environment, interacting across diverse cultures (desirable)
- Effective presentation skills
- Confidence and curiosity, with a comfort level in ambiguous situations
- High levels of drive, determination, and energy
- Strong emotional intelligence
The Responsibilities:
- Drive profitability and growth for assigned franchise markets through support and performance management
- Collaborate with franchisees and general managers to enhance retail and wholesale sales
- Develop and review business plans aligned with company strategy
- Engage with markets to support franchisees in achieving operational targets
- Analyse competitor performance and market data to inform decisions
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Commercial on product quality, pricing, and training
- Review performance KPIs and recommend actions to meet budgets
- Implement category plans and global marketing initiatives
- Identify sales opportunities through campaign management and tailored offers
- Serve as the main contact between franchisees and the international team for support
- Share best practices across markets and teams
- Provide feedback on category strategy and training needs
- Maintain ethical standards and report workplace risks and incidents
