- Proven track record in procurement project management, demonstrating the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with procurement software and tools, ensuring seamless project tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, promoting an inclusive environment that values each team member's contributions.
- Adaptability to hybrid working arrangements, balancing office presence and remote tasks efficiently.
- Formal qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a local government or public sector environment.
- Certification from a recognized procurement or project management body, such as CIPS or PRINCE2.
