Purchasing & Inventory Lead (6 Month FTC)

Portfolio Procurement are recruiting for a Purchasing & Inventory lead for a leading FMCG Client based in Kent. This role is a 6-month fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent. Our client offers excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, Life Cover, Gym, Hybrid working plus much more. To be considered for this role you must be able to start work in the next 4 weeks.
Skill & Experience:
- Experience in FMCG/wholesale/distribution background
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Inventory Management Experience
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience supervising, coaching or mentoring other supply chain professionals advantageous
- Developed negotiation skills and a proven ability to influence at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly word and excel.
