Business Architect

Circa £95,000 + bonus

Hybrid - 3x days per week in Central Manchester office

We are looking for a brilliant Business Architect to join an exciting retail organisation that is rapidly growing, having exploded onto the scene less than 10 years ago. The brand's ethos revolves around quality and innovation and has quickly gained traction globally.

Within this role, you will lead the Business Analysis function within the Business Solutions and Change function, with three highly experienced direct reports. You will take ownership of the business relationships along with a degree of roadmap ownership whilst working at a strategic level to ensure that all projects and programs are delivered successfully, to support business capabilities and objectives.

We are looking for an individual that:

  • Has experience of line management - preferably a team of Business Analysts
  • Has exceptional stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business
  • Is adaptable, flexible and resilient and able to deal with uncertainty and challenges
  • Has a background in Retail, FMCG or Hospitality - you will need to have come from a consumer facing industry to be considered for the role.
  • Has experience of working closely with a CTO/CIO
