Please note this role is covering our stores in the West and Ireland region.

Drive growth, lead multi-site teams, and promote sustainability while delivering exceptional customer service across the UK and Ireland.

What You’ll Do:

• Shape and execute regional business plans and KPIs
• Inspire and develop multi-site teams as the regional figurehead
• Drive recruitment to build high-performing store management teams
• Lead strategy for new store openings, refits, and portfolio growth

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in multi-site retail leadership
• Strong commercial acumen with a sales focus
• Self-driven with a passion for motivating high-achieving teams
• A full UK driving licence, open to travel and overnight stays
