Please note this role is covering our stores in the West and Ireland region.
Drive growth, lead multi-site teams, and promote sustainability while delivering exceptional customer service across the UK and Ireland.
What You’ll Do:
- Shape and execute regional business plans and KPIs
- Inspire and develop multi-site teams as the regional figurehead
- Drive recruitment to build high-performing store management teams
- Lead strategy for new store openings, refits, and portfolio growth
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in multi-site retail leadership
- Strong commercial acumen with a sales focus
- Self-driven with a passion for motivating high-achieving teams
- A full UK driving licence, open to travel and overnight stays
