Based in our Brighton HQ, you will play a key role in supporting our Merchandising & E-Commerce function, ensuring an outstanding experience for our community and customers.
Responsibilities:
Expertly present products across marketing and sales channels to meet KPIs
Attend merchandising product sign off and promo planning meetings
Create category-specific merchandising strategies for optimal product discoverability
Manage and merchandise products across the site and various business platforms daily
Utilize data analytics to optimize online aspects of the brand and increase conversion rate
Streamline weekly reports on best/worst sellers and strategies
Appraise competitor websites to align with industry trends
Plan and execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies
Recommend changes to online category strategy based on insights and KPI analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and plan product buy-in and marketing initiatives
Contribute to marketing calendar and lessons learnt analysis
Analyze and publish insights into click/conversion rate on banner/promos/models
Create actionable plans to support SEO/PPC and merchandising range plan building
Identify and inform relevant parties on website functionality improvements
Optimize the use of e-commerce imagery and video on product detail pages
Set and track platform KPIs in collaboration with the General Merchandise Manager
Qualifications:
2 to 5+ years of e-commerce merchandising experience
Proficiency in web analytics tools and Shopify
Data-driven with a focus on conversion rate and customer flow tracking
Experience with major online platforms and SEO preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and process-oriented decision-making
Day-to-day:
Full-time position based in Brighton, United Kingdom
Potential for hybrid-remote work
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
