Title: Category Manager

Package: Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Hybrid working in London and amazing benefits / perks!

Overview: My client is a leading business supplying some of the BEST Skincare brands & products worldwide. Their services are clinically proven & are loved by doctors, aestheticians, industry experts across the globe!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the day- to- day account management with top suppliers (Maintain regular contact).
• Build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Working alongside CCO to understand and develop terms annually, whilst also reviewing quarterly performance.
• Develop promotional activation plans ensuring robust YoY trade over, whilst being compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with internal departments to align with the brand, ensuring communication is consistent across channels.
• Monitor the external clinical skincare market to enable opportunities for future brand growth.

You are:

• Competent in data analysis with the ability to consolidate core messages for senior stakeholders.
• Detail orientation with robust organizational skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ownership of the P&L impact of key decisions.
• Experience using Saleforce; Intact IQ and Microsoft Office or similar platforms.
• Strong prioritisation and project management skills.
• Confidence using excel.
