- As Manager you will be a self-motivated individual with sound charity retail management experience (ideally multi-site)
- Possess good leadership and communication skills
- Have the ability to lead and motivate your team of volunteers
- Have great visual merchandising experience and a commercial approach to delivering sales
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Be sales driven and commercially aware delivering KPI’s and targets
35 hour week Great package
