Outdoor & Cycle Concepts (O&CC), one of the UK's largest outdoor retailers trading as Cotswold Outdoor, RunnersNeed, and Snow and Rock, is seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Southampton team.

Your Role:

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support your Store Manager by:

• Leading your team to success and ensuring top-notch customer service across the store.
• Assisting with core operational processes, such as stock management and audits.
• Maintaining high standards throughout the store.
• Motivating your team in the absence of the Store Manager.

About You:

We are looking for retail management professionals with experience in outdoor, apparel, or footwear retail. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience with KPIs, budgeting, and planning.
• A track record of developing successful teams.
