Position: Regional Support Manager (South East Region)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £35,000 PA + £4,500 car allowance + bonus

Outdoor & Cycle Concepts (O&CC) is one of the UK’s largest outdoor retailers, operating brands such as Cotswold Outdoor, RunnersNeed, and Snow + Rock. We are seeking a dedicated Regional Support Manager to enhance our South East Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Regional Manager in developing and coaching store colleagues.
• Lead region-specific projects and initiatives.
• Provide coverage in the absence of the Regional Manager and Store Managers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, financials, stock management, and People Policies.

We invite applications from retail management professionals with cluster or multi-site experience, particularly within the outdoor, apparel, or footwear sectors. You should have a proven track record in achieving KPIs, budgeting, and team development, and be ready to take the next step in your career.
