Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process orders accurately using computer systems, ensuring timely communication with suppliers.
- Coordinate and arrange the delivery of goods to customers, maintaining strong relationships with logistics partners.
- Plan and manage diaries for assessments and deliveries, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a calm and efficient manner.
- Maintain office organization and support various administrative tasks as needed.
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in order processing and office software.
- Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining composure while "spinning several plates."
