We are seeking a mature and experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating the confidence and maturity to navigate challenging situations and interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process orders accurately using computer systems, ensuring timely communication with suppliers.
  • Coordinate and arrange the delivery of goods to customers, maintaining strong relationships with logistics partners.
  • Plan and manage diaries for assessments and deliveries, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a calm and efficient manner.
  • Maintain office organization and support various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in order processing and office software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining composure while "spinning several plates."
