We are looking for a Supply & Demand Assistant, who may already have some experience in Supply & Demand or forecasting and who wants to start their career in Supply & Demand.  This is an entry level role. 

The role: 

This role joins a busy Procurement & Planning Team as a Supply & Demand Planning Assistant.  

• Support Supply and Demand Managers in their daily activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand and support their supply and demand needs.
• Attend and assist in meetings with external manufacturers to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
• Collate and report data accurately to aid in supply and demand planning.
• Handle day-to-day ad-hoc requests such as emails, data collection, and proactive responses and actions.

What are we looking for? 

You  may already have some exposure to Supply & Demand, gained in any industry.  You might only have limited exposure at the moment but you must be passionate about building a career in Supply & Demand / Procurement / Supply Management. 

• You must be enthusiastic and eager with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• You will be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• You will have exceptional numeric, written, and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to confidently use excel.
