Business Manager | Beauty Retail | Up to £45,000 + Commission
Zachary Daniels has an amazing opportunity with a classic beauty brand, for an experienced Beauty Business Manager or Assistant Manager looking for progression to join their Flagship team within a prestigious department store in Central London.
Our client is a global brand, rich in heritage and well known for their high-quality products and natural ingredients.
As the Flagship Business Manager, you will be a service focused and results driven manager. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that will drive the business forward with fresh ideas to achieve sales targets.
What we want in our new Business Manager:
- Be a brand ambassador and passionate about beauty, skincare and make up.
- Proven sales background in beauty
- Previous people management experience is essential
- Experience managing a min £1million turnover account.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify opportunities for business growth
- Experience in developing high performing teams
- Beauty Therapy level 2 qualification advantageous
In return we are offering the Business Manager up to £45,000 salary, plus commission and product allocation and so much more.
